There is a lot of research and decisions to be made to convert a tricycle from gasoline to electric. What is the best size and type of electric motor? Which controller do you use? Where do you get batteries and how do you put everything together.
Fortunately, for you we have already did all the work for you and came up with a complete kit and step by step instructions to follow. Further, we preassemble the difficult components for you.
For example our tricycles use waterproof electrical connections to easily change to a fresh battery set.
There are 11 small parts associated with each battery connection that we assemble and quality check by placing into a pail of water. Further, we are not content with just any cheap wire. Our 12 awg wire used to charge our batteries is tinned stranded copper wire designed to handle harsh conditions without corroding.
Further all kits come with sprockets, mounting brackets, a new rear hub, and disc brake assembly with brake handle.
Note: If your motorcycle has a front drum brake and you operate in an area where there are hills, we also supply a conversion kit convert to front disc brakes too.
All installation work is performed by a certified installation center which received training from our team.
