Also apply for a patent to protect any orginal designs. Go to the Intellectual Property of the Philippines website, search for a unique name and then fill in the on-line application. Select Dragonpay and available local remittance office of your choice at checkout and take a screen shot of the 16 digit reference number.
Go to remittance office to make payment and do not fill in a remittance Form.
Fill in the Bill Payment Form which might be on the back of the remittance Form or a separate piece of paper.
Tell cashier do not press send until you confirm it was filled on correctly. They must input both 8 digit and 16 digit numbers from the screen shot.
IMPORTANT: Add 20 peso to the amount from screen shot that is total bill at Intellectual Property Office. That money is for Dragonpay. Remittance office will also want small fee.

If you don't get remittance office to fill in both 8 digit and 16 digit numbers then your back up plan is to take photocopy of the receipt and email it to help@dragonpay.ph
